RMA stands for Return Material Authorization and is required to keep track of your reparation within our company. No goods may be returned without the company’s written consent. Goods authorized for return may only be returned under following conditions:
- Please fill in the request for RMA form below.
- Within two working days, we will send you an email with a valid RMA number
- When you receive this number, clearly mention it on the outside of your package. The package needs to be in a saleable condition.
- Within 10 working days, we will send the repaired goods back to you.
Important Notice
If you are from outside Europe, a special arrangement is necessary. Please contact us, so we can inform you which steps to take to avoid import and export charges!
