Promotional infotainment in Floralux®

Floralux®, being one of the major home and garden centres in Belgium, has recently installed 4 displays at the
cashier positions. Thanks to its success, long queues of people at the cashiers are a daily
recurring phenomenon.


In order to make the waiting time more enjoyable for the customers, Floralux® installed digital signage solution using professional LCD displays and a web based content management solution to control the content displayed on all screens.

Per today, a mix of promotional content and entertaining images is used. Weather information is a substantial
part as most clients of Floralux® are planning their activities based on the weather conditions which drives as
such their purchase behaviour in the home and garden centre.
