dZine uses target advertising techniques to realize target advertising. A camera detects gender, age and count of viewers in front of the display using the dZine audience measurement plugin in the dZine DISplayer.
Combined with the content logging , statistics are made by the system, telling you the age and gender of people detected by the camera together with the actual played content. This opens a new dimension in marketing measuring tools, linking showed content with the demographic composition of the viewers at a certain point in time in front of the display.
Using face recognition techniques, audience count, gender and age are detected with high accuracy and can be used for “SmartScheduling”
Smartscheduling is a process that will, based on these measurements, change the content playing on the dZine DISplayer in real time. For example, in case male gender is the dominating demographic group, content can be changed to exclusive male content as long as male gender is dominating.
Smartscheduling allows to target even more your messages to the group of viewers at a specific time in front of your display.
People will not be recorded or remembered by the system nor will uniquely identifiable data be extracted so privacy is respected. With target advertising your message will reach the desired target group.
